TERMS & CONDITIONS OF BOOKING @ THE FLORENCE GUEST HOUSE

Thank you for booking at the Florence we are looking forward to meeting you & hope you enjoy your stay. When you make this booking you are entering into an agreement with us. Please read our terms & conditions of booking below;

A non refundable deposit equivalent to the tariff for your first nights stay is needed to confirm your booking, it should reach us within 7 days

We accept credit cards, debit cards, cheque with supporting cheque guarantee card & cash, please note there is a surcharge of 2.5 percent when using a credit card. There is no charge for debit cards

We will try our utmost to provide you with the accommodation of your choice , if this is not possible due to circumstances beyond our control we will offer you alternative accommodation, if this is not acceptable we will refund any monies paid by you, our liability would not extend beyond this refund

Please advise us of an estimated time of arrival so we are here to greet you, it is really important that if this changes you keep us informed, the earliest check in is 12.30pm and the latest is 2000hrs

Please be ready to vacate your room on the morning of departure by 10-10.30am

Please take care with our accommodation, you are responsible & liable for any breakages or damage which you cause (that includes damage caused by smoking), please report these as soon as they occur. We do not usually charge for minor breakages but you may be charged for significant damage or breakages

We do not accept any liability for any damage, loss or injury to any member of your party or any vehicles or possessions, unless proven to be caused by a negligent act by ourselves or any employee or contractor whilst acting in the course of employment

Any data collected during the course of your booking may be held on computer & used to keep you informed of up & coming special offers

Please note we are a non smoking establishment, guests who ignore this request will be asked to leave. We do have a smoking area outside in the rear yard.

We have managed to secure parking nearby for our guests from 1800hrs on Friday to 2000hrs on Sunday & Bank Holidays. Guests must vacate the car park by 12midday on the day of departure. A 2 per night charge applies. Please see sheet attached re the Florences location & alternative parking options on week days
