We have just had a great 3 day break. The guesthouse was excellent spotlessly clean and we were made very welcome. The breakfasts were amazing. thanks for making us feel welcome. highly recomended

All you could ask for in a guest house - friendly,informative host,clean comfortable surroundings,first class position within easy walking distance of all the town's amenities and a marvellous,more than ample breakfast - all at a reasonable price.Will certainly go again.

Excellent guest house, wonderful breakfast, allowed two Irish terriers to stay who loved the place. Highly recommended, Whitby is a great place for a break, we will be back.

Very welcoming, comfortable, spotlessly clean, plent tea & coffee making facilities & toiletries etc. The room was lovely the bed very comfortable with lovely crisp white bedding which I liked. The breakfast was delicious and very generous portions!!! Overall an excellent guesthouse and I will definitely stay again when I visit Whitby.

just stayed here for a weekend (Jan 09)we had a lovely time the Florence is fab, close to town and pubs!We stayed in room 5 which was a great size with a comfy sofa. The breakfast is the best and the hosts are really friendly! We will be back soon.

Just spent a lovely weekend here with my husband. This is a great B&B;, spotlessly clean, warm and cosy room, excellent breakfasts. It's also walking distance from the town centre. Would definitely stay here again.

this guest house as been a major part of our life's so far we got engaged when we were staying there and have stayed four times over three years the food is top quality and i know my food being on the larger side.Whitby is a lovely harbour town much recommended.
we will be back later this year the winter is just as nice as the summer with log fire's in all the pubs.

i must say this is the best guest house we have ever stayed in,lovely clean room,great hosts and fantastic food,the chef cooks a breakfast fit for a king,we will be coming back thats for sure,well satisfied.
